Spencer Jones as Alex

Spencer Jones is an actor, comedian and writer best known for The Mind of Herbert Clunkerdunk, which he created, wrote and starred in for BBC2, Mr Winner, Ted Lasso, Upstart Crow and Big Babies. 

Spencer has twice been nominated for the main prize in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards and his Edinburgh Fringe show, The Herbert In Proper Job, won the Comedian’s Choice award for “best show” and “best performer” in 2015.

He is also an artist and musician.

Alice Lowe as Kate

Alice Lowe is an actor, writer and comedian best known for her roles in Black Mirror, Gareth Marenghi’s Darkplace for Channel 4, Horrible Histories and Sightseers, which she co-wrote.

In 2016 she also wrote, directed and starred in the film Prevenge. More recently, Alice has starred in Netflix’s Lockwood & Co, Greatest Days and Timestalker for Vertigo Films.

Hatty Preston as Lottie

Hatty Preston is a comedian and actor. She’s opened for comics including Theo Von, Chris DiStefano, Jessica Kirson and Jack Whitehall and has performed at major venues across the US including The New York Comedy Club and The Stand, as well as her home club, Laugh Factory in Chicago. 

Hatty is the founder and host of the popular comedy night ‘The Big Fizz’ in Notting Hill and also co-produces and hosts Don’t Tell Comedy’s London chapter.

As an actor Hatty has starred in Channel 4’s The Royals, Jennifer Saunders’ Viva Forever! and has played supporting roles in Call the Midwife and Cuckoo for the BBC.

Sam Pamphilon as Milo

Sam Pamphilon is an actor, comedian and writer. He’s best known as a Team Captain on Go 8 Bit, hosted by Dara O’Briain, and has recently been a series regular in Ted’s Top Ten on ITV. Other roles include Paramount+ and Showtime’s The Man Who Fell to Earth, Smothered and Jerk for Roughcut and The Mash Report.

As part of the double act, McNeil & Pamphilon, Sam took four hit shows to the Edinburgh Fringe. Sam has also been a writer on SO Beano! And BBC Comedy Feeds, and is the co-host of the podcast, Desert Island Crisps.

Joanne Leung as NIHI

Joanne Leung is an actor, producer and educator. Joanne trained at LAMDA and the Bristol Old Vic, where she her main roles included Helena in Shakespeare’s All’s Well That Ends Well, Masha in Chekhov’s The Seagull and Lady Macbeth in Macbeth. Back home in Hong Kong, Joanne also starred as Cecily in The Importance of Being Earnest at the Hong Kong Fringe Theatre.

Joanne recently played Eve in the 2023 feature Love in Isolation.

Kae Kurd is a comedian, writer and actor. His debut stand-up special, Kurd Your Enthusiasm, reached over 200k views on YouTube and was followed by his 2021 sell-out success, Spoken Kurd Tour.

Kae’s long list of writing credits includes Chunkz’s Bad Chefs for ITV2, Munya Chawawa’s Race Around Britain (YouTube Originals), Cunk & Other Humans on BBC Two, Have I Got News For You and A League of Their Own (Sky One).

For TV, Kae has featured on Live at The Apollo, Mock the Week, Celebrity Masterchef and The Apprentice: You’re Fired.

Ollie Reed as Receptionist

Ollie Reed is an actor and director. He’s played leads in several short films, including Lucky Strike and Poached, as well as recently directing and shooting his own short, Nomads. 

Ollie has worked extensively as an extra, including features on The Crown, Ted Lasso, Bad Education and Big Boys. In 2024, Ollie starred alongside Florence Pugh in the music video for Rachel Chinouriri’s song, ‘Never Need Me’.
